Return policy
Please read carefully to meet the requirement for RETURN policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it from courier , unworn or unused, with same tags, it must be in original packaging. You’ll also need the money receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as per our policy , as well as instructions to meet the requirement on how and where to send your packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will pay return shipping cost if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way
You will be responsible for paying actual shipping cost for returning your item in case of purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or you no longer want the item .
Product conditions: product condition should be new and with same label ,packaging in box to meet our return policy

Damages and issues
Please , inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
If you decide you no longer wish to purchase the goods after they have been delivered we must be notified within two days following the receipt of your order.
All returns must be pre-authorized by House of Hugo. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. To receive an RMA, contact us by emailing info@houseofhugo.uk You will be given the RMA # and the address for the returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returning the Item
When re-packing the item – wrap the item securely in the original packaging and include any invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return.
Please note – We do not refund any item that has been returned to us in a damaged state.
